You Are Not Alone

The group process can be a useful motivator of change by developing, supporting, and examining interpersonal relationships. The goal is to establish effective means to interact, adopt new coping skills, express feelings, and, build connections with others by experiencing validation while increasing self-awareness in a safe environment. Groups are offered for all ages.

It Does Take A Village

Parental classes are designed to help parents build upon their current skills, feel more connected, involved, and focused on the needs of their child.  There is not a manual on how to handle difficult situations with your children because each child differ in needs. We are here to help alleviate that stress. MRS offer resources, recommendations, and support during the difficult times of parenthood. We thrive to help support and strengthen your bond with your child while providing effective ways to manage, and correct misbehavior.
